Joren Digital Awarded Social Media Monitoring Contract by US Embassy South Africa
Pretoria, Gauteng — Joren Communications (Pty) Ltd, trading as JOREN DIGITAL, is excited to announce its appointment to provide social media monitoring services for the U.S. Embassy in South Africa.
As part of the contract, Joren Digital will track, monitor, and analyse user engagement with organic content across key social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) and provide recommendations to improve KPIs. The agency will benchmark the U.S. Mission’s social media performance against its competitors and assess the trustworthiness of its content among local audiences.
Additionally, Joren Digital will analyse the Mission’s social media communities, examining their demographics, interests, and geographic distribution to gain deeper insights into user engagement.
